Singapore: Singapore’s heavily regulated bunkering industry continues to contract in terms of the number of players. Centra Oil is the latest to exit the scene.

Centra Oil was a physical supplier in the port of Singapore, and an accredited bunker craft operator with its own fleet of supply bunker tanker barges, supplying around 100,000 tons a month, according to information from its site.
