Container depot opens at Clark to help ease Manila congestion

Manila: A three-hectare container depot has opened at Clark Freeport to decongest the Port of Manila.

“This is the first container yard ever in an eco-zone, and this is the first time in the history of CDC that we will be addressing issues on clogged ports and traffic congestion apart from settling the concerns of our locators,’’ Clark Development Corporation president and chief executive officer Arthur Tugade said.
